These terms apply to all users, visitors, and anyone who accesses or uses any service provided under the Araf Studio brand or by Al Araf (founder).

Araf Studio is a next-generation digital studio founded and operated by Al Araf, based in Bangladesh. We design, develop, and maintain a growing ecosystem of web applications, AI platforms, social media tools, streaming services, and more — all created with the mission of Creating Future.
Our platforms include:
- ARAF Dictionary — Multilingual dictionary & translator (11+ languages)
- PlyBoard — Bangladeshi social media platform
- AuraConnect — Next-generation real-time messaging
- ARAFai — AI platform (currently server-offline)
- ArafTv — Live sports streaming web app
- And other tools, experiments, and upcoming projects under the Araf Studio ecosystem

Our platforms use Google Firebase as a backend. Firebase has its own privacy and data policy — please refer to Firebase Privacy Policy for details.

All content, design, code, branding, logos, UI/UX, icons, and assets on Araf Studio platforms are the intellectual property of Al Araf / Araf Studio, unless otherwise credited.

- Use the "Araf Studio" name, logo, or brand for any commercial purpose
- Claim any of our original content as your own
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any of our apps or services
Links to our platforms and non-commercial references are permitted with proper attribution.

By using any Araf Studio platform, you agree to:
- Use our services only for lawful purposes
- Not attempt to disrupt, hack, or overload our servers or databases
- Not use automated bots or scrapers to access our content without permission
- Respect other users on community platforms (PlyBoard, AuraConnect)
- Not upload or share illegal, offensive, or harmful content on our platforms
Araf Studio reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any user or IP address that violates these terms or disrupts the experience of other users.

All Araf Studio services are provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. While we strive for uptime and reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to any platform.
Araf Studio shall not be held liable for:
- Service downtime or data loss (including server-off periods such as ARAFai)
- Damages arising from unauthorized access or security breaches outside our control
- Any indirect or consequential damages from the use or inability to use our services
Some platforms are in active development and may change or be discontinued at any time without prior notice.
